replacement brake fluid

Morning,
I can't find any receipts for when the brake fluid on my wifes Nissan Note 1.2 E12 2014 automatic was last changed, she has owned it about 18 months now.
If this a straight forward job on the Note, has anyone used a one man pressure bleeder like the Sealey VS820 with a universal reservoir attachment, or a one man hand held vacuum pump to do the job.
The brake fluid doesn't look that dirty and has a moisture content less than 2%, so i don't think a change is super urgent, would just give me a bit of piece of mind knowing it has been done.
I have a new un-opened bottle of Comma BF4ESP1L DOT4 Synthetic fluid class 3,4 and 6 is this ok for the Note do you know?
many thanks for any advise.

This is the kit I used to bleed the brakes on my daughter's 2013 Mazda6 a few weeks ago. It worked pretty good, but the nipples on the rear calipers are of a slightly smaller size than those on the front, so even with the different fittings, it was still a bit tight up front. The bottle is also very very small and will fill up after 5 or 6 pumps of the pedal.

There are several others on the market, of course. The one I see being advertised on TikTok quite a bit is this one below. It doesn't come with a bottle and still uses the brake pedal to expel the fluid, but it's pretty cheap and has clamps to hold the tubes in place.

DOT 4 is what I use, and neighbours right foot.(y):)

DOT 3 brake fluid is compatible with DOT 4 brake fluid. However, DOT 4 offers a higher boiling point. DOT 5.1 is used in high-performance and heavy-duty applications due to its high boiling point.

I have never used either, but the Note is not a complicated vehicle and I suppose either will do the trick.

Nissan recommends either DOT3 or DOT4 fluids, but states that the types are not to be mixed. If you are replacing the fluid in the entire system then you would be removing whatever is in there and therefor you can use DOT4 without worrying that what is in there is DOT3.

Thank you, wasn't sure as the cap on the brake fluid states DOT3 but the manual states DOT4.
