Do NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER allow itunes to "upgrade" to version 11.

I did, by accident, and am now faced with page after page of instructions to attempt to roll back to 10.7.

Itunes 11 is very runny pooh.

What a pity a Mac doesn't have a 'restore to an earlier time' option like Windows does.I'm assuming you're using one since you said 'Apple users' in your thread title. If it's I-Tunes on a pc or lappy, I would suggest restoring to the last restore point before you downloaded the I-Tunes update. That would save a lot of time

It is a windows pc, but I don't have restore points.

You can make it look like the earlier version by enabling hidden options, but it is hellish slow and freezes a lot.

I don't seem to have issues with it (but then it has never been a great software product!).

There was an update to install yesterday though, might be worth a shot.

I'm stuck with it as I have an iphone.

It did work really well with my Denon media streamer using airplay too.
