Hi all. Desperate for help as this has been an ongoing problem. I have the fault code 0132 & the garage replaced both top & bottom sensors & had an electrician run a test on the wiring but i still have the light on the dash and the car has of course failed it's MOT test.
The garage are suggesting a diagnostic specialist test but I've been through all that before & nothing was solved. Any ideas please? For clarity it's Nissan note 1.4 petrol, manual 2008 plate. And it was a year ago when the first garage replaced the sensors & yesterday when it failed the MOT

Hi Marty,
This problem has occurred before on the forum.(www.noteownersclub.co.uk/threads/engine-management-light-and-p0132.2905/) Might be worth a read. Note the part where one of the sensors was disconnected and the light went out !
You probably have reset the system by disconnecting the Battery for 15 mins (make sure you have your radio code). If not it's worth a try. Hope this helps, let us know if you sorted it and how.

Hey SJCA

Many thanks for your message to my 'SOS' & having read through all of the answers i feel a bit more empowered to try the various stages, leading to disconnecting the lower one for a short trial. Much appreciated & I'll update this post when/if i have something to report.
