As the note is more poverty spec than the ntec, I was looking at sprucing it up with front fog lights.
Is the wiring present to just plug in new fogs, along with changing the stalk and possibly adding the relay etc? Do the fogs need coding into the computer?

All the cars I've owned over the years have had the same wiring loom.
Whenever i wanted to add fogs or other high spec stuff, i found that the wiring was usually in place albeit taped up to keep it neat and out of harms way.
So it's well worth having a root around to find them.
A relative point too, is that if you order a new car with a lower spec, it is easy for the dealer to add a specific feature (such as fogs) to meet a particular customers requirements.

Just make sure that any mods are reported to your insurer, probably cost nothing unless performance related but if you don't it could affect your cover.
