How can I make the factory fitted rear parking sensor louder on my Note. It's to high a pitch for my hearing. Any ideas folks. Thanks for any response

The original Notes had a nice audible speaker but from the Mk2 onwards the speaker is buried somewhere in the back. I believe that Nissan can supply and fit (for a lot of money) an extra speaker that you can actually hear...what a con!

the unit is in the back, open the boot an its on the right hand side behind the light to get at it you need to take the rear trim out

Or somewhere like Maplins would probably have a little piezo sounder that's suitable.

ideally you need to look at the unit its self i think you find its a piezosounder rather than a speaker you then need to work out what thespec's ofthe one inthe unit is

Careful with the Maplin piezo sounders as VERY similar part numbers have widely different input voltages.
If you can visit a local branch the <strike>geeks</strike> enthusiasts who work there are invariably very helpful.
