Are the two drive belt tensioners the same, one for the water pump belt and one for the alternator and AC belt?

The auxillary belt drives the alternator and air con and that will have one tensioner.
The cam belt is within the timing case (not visible under the bonnet) and that one drives the cam shaft or twin cams, plus the water pump and has it's own tensioner pulley.
So you have two belts, and each with it's own tensioner.

It's only the petrol Note that has a chain, ALL Diesel Notes have a cam BELT.

The two belt tensioners are actually listed with different part numbers.
