Go to any online car parts supplier, eg Euro car parts or car parts 4 less, put in your reg number, choose the part that you need ( oil ) and it will give you the grade you need.

You need a good quality 5w30 fully synthetic that meets SN spec. There are loads out there at reasonable prices. Asda do a couple that meet that spec for £15 for 5 litres. Paying more will not make the oil better, it just means the company selling it makes more profit. Been using Asda brand oils for years with no issues and remember, Asda do not make oil, it made by a major manufacturer (used to be Millers) and simply rebranded.

Putting a value correct spec oil in will do no harm, using a very expensive oil in that does not meet the specs will a;msot certainly do long term harm.

Certain quality oils will go beyond specification required with extra additives. As long as the oil you purchase meets the required spec you should be ok.

Nissan like all the car manufacturers publish the spec you need. With any additives you pay more but do not neccesarily gain much. Do regular oil changes. This helps more.

Despite this old thread it's worth pointing out that the E12 1.2 Dig-s
Needs 5/30w oil as stated, however that is not the required viscosity for the naturally aspired 1.2 engine. That one (like mine) requires 0-20w oil for preferred optimum perfomance.
I'm quoting this from the Nissan manual.
