Check fuses 18 &20 to start with (in the fusebox by your right knee),
If OK then it's most likely the resistor pack blown.

Do a forum search for resistor pack and there are tips and guidance aplenty.

That happened to me a few weeks ago with my Note DCi. Put in for repair and it turned out that some wires had worked loose.

No idea on parts cost as it's dealer only.
Take a look at the 'how to replace your cabin filter' thread and the resistor card location is pictured.

Good luck.

You have the right part numbers.
If your local Nissan guy can't identify it:

1. Go to a Nissan agent who knows whether they are on their ar5e or their elbow.

2. Better yet nip in to your local Peugeot, Citroen or Renault dealership as all three, as well as Nissan, used the same Valeo part.

I would have a ring around the parts departments as an identical part price can very wildly between manufacturers.

If it helps the Citroen part number is 6441L2 (Valeo 509355) and it's £44.90 +VAT.
