Hi. Hope someone can help. I have just bought a 2007 note with a blaupunkt nissan stereo fitted, no bluetooth or auxiliary. I purchased a used nissan clarion with bluetooth and auxiliary plug in the compartment above, in the hope I could just swap them, but no. What do I need to wire in the new one?
I suspect I will be told it would work out better to purchase a new head unit, but here's hoping....
I really hope someone knows what I'm going on about

TIA

The Blaupunkt will have standard DIN connections for power and speakers, and some daft Nissan plug for the steering wheel controls. The newer Clarion models use daft Nissan connectors for everything. You can buy an adaptor to change the car wiring from daft Nissan to DIN to fit an aftermarket radio, but I doubt if you can change DIN to daft Nissan- you might find one at a specialist to fit a connect unit in an early car, but I doubt it.

Easiest option is a decent radio with bluetooth that says Sony/Pioneer/Kenwood/Alpine on the front, but you will need an adaptor to make the steering wheel controls work..
