Hi folks
I have a loose connection between the clutch pedal and the rod that pushes into the clutch, from what I can see there is a little clip that holds the two rods together at right-angles.
I made enquiries at the local Nissan agents who quoted me £74ish for a new clutch pedal when all I want is a clip!!
None of the local breakers have had a Note in so I can't get a used part from that source.

Any suggestions/tips etc will be gratefully received.

The plastic is all part of the master cylinder rod on mine, so if it breaks you need a master cylinder not a clutch pedal.

If it were mine I'd stick a couple of cable ties around either side of the clutch pedal rod to stop the plastic bit falling off.

Hi All - This is my first post onthe site. I have a note 1.5 diesel 2010. I too have had this problem twice in 6 months. The first time the Main Dealer replaced the clutch master cylinder asthe carwas under warranty, only for it to happen again 6 months later. As it was now out of warranty it was going to cost £180 to replace - this time the clutch came with 1 years guarantee. I then got an alternative quote of £150 from a specialist clutch centre but the mechanic there said a cable tie will do the trick and promptly wrapped a cable tie around the problem area. 1 month on, no clicking and no further problems.
